What data we collect

Account and contact data (name, email), data you enter in the app (recipes, ingredients, production, offers, customers of your loyalty program), the email you leave in the newsletter form, and technical data (IP, browser, cookies) needed to run the service.

Providing the service and your account (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b)); newsletter and product updates based on your email (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)); security, fraud prevention and analytics (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)); legal obligations such as accounting (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Recipients / processors

We use trusted processors under data-processing agreements: Supabase (database & auth, EU), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (DNS/CDN). Ingredient reference data comes from Open Food Facts (ODbL).

Retention

Account data for the life of the account and as required by law; newsletter email until you unsubscribe; technical logs for a limited period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise them, contact us at the email above.

scooply.app uses only technical cookies/local storage required for the site and app to function (e.g. session, language). No third-party advertising cookies.
